Happy First Birthday K!

 Guess who's 1 today :) Can't believe it's been a year since she was born in our bathtub :P And yep she's made it an even more eventful, fun, amazing, year since! We celebrated last night so here's a cake smashing pic :P She is such a sweetheart, way too smart for her own good, and already joining her big sibs in the trouble making at every turn. Happy Birthday to my Beautiful Baby :) ♥

Happy 11 months K!

I can't believe just one more month till 1 year. Today unfortunately K is fighting a mystery fever but even that won't hold her back from keeping up and getting into everything possible with her big sibs. K/Rina is so sweet, smart, and active. Like her big sibs she's much too smart for her own good and shows this often with a giggle and a smile when she's caught then has us back on our toes watching out for her next feat (which an almost 1 year old has no business doing lol). Thank goodness we're still nursing so she has to stop for something but even then she'd drag Mommy along everywhere if she could. We all love her so much and though Mommy may dread her turning 1 a little I'm also so excited to see what this little girl will do next. <3 p="p">

Happy 10 months K-B

K is 9 months old!

Will add more pics etc. later today :)

At 9 months K:
-has 4 teeth (top 2 broke through this past week)
-has been walking for 2 months
-can say Mama, Dada, Nanna, Jojo, Yay, and Five
-Will give you five if you ask
-can clap
-is sleeping through the night
-is still nursing
-is eating lots of solids but prefers self feeding to us feeding her and has never liked the purees really
-loves to play with her big siblings especially E
-can hold her own with E if she needs to
-is wearing size 12-18 months
-can climb stairs faster than her sibs and will always check if she can go up stairs (if the gate is up first thing)
-can open the latched dog kennel by herself and loves to let Shade out or go in with her to visit
-loves giving her version of kisses or little head bumps to show love
-still loves snuggling with Mommy when sleepy
-loves playing in the water
-loves playing the "drum game" where we hit the table in front of her and she does the same rhythm and laughs like crazy
-has an amazing laugh
-is getting sweeter, smarter, and more fun by the second, we are definitely in trouble but can't wait to see what she has in store for us next!

Summer Nights

Tonight thanks to the heat and fun I fell asleep early with E and K on the couch snuggling me, well when I woke up not only were both babies still out the big sibs seemed to be equally exhausted on the other couch. I couldn't resist snapping a couple pics of the sweetness filling our living room before taking them all up to bed.

2/3 a year of K Baby, 8 months

I was hoping with my fourth precious baby time would slow down but of course it seems to have sped by even faster instead. I don't think anything will ever slow K down. Walking at 7 months, pretty much running now, the same size her siblings were at a year already, and smart as can be, we're in trouble but oh what a fun sort of trouble it is. And of course her beautiful smiles and little kisses and hugs make it all worth it.

2/3 a year already, I know it's my same line but the parents get it, it really seems like she just got here yesterday and then again like she's been in our family forever. I love you K/Rina/ReeRoo and you are such a wonderful addition to our house of crazies, I mean family :), can't wait to see what the years to come have in store, I'm sure you will continue keeping us on our toes and making us smile.

At 8 Months K:
-has been walking almost a month! Is almost running now
-eating some solids but still enjoys breastmilk best and nursing for main nutrition
-is still our tallest and most active baby so far
-at most recent doctor's visit was 23lbs 29 inches!
-Repeating lots of sounds and words and adding more and more words to her everyday talking as well, her current favorites are Mama, Dada, E-a, Nanna (C's nn), Jojo (for J), Hi
-Has started dancing to music more
-Is still a Mama's girl but branching out with more people and letting more people hold her longer and longer (she seemed to have a special affinity for my SIL/Aunt Tammy a couple weeks ago)
-has more hair then her siblings had at over a year :P
-loves playing her siblings though E may get a little rough at times so K also loves being able to "walk" away
-Is amazing with Shade (our puppy) though likes to try and use her tail for teething....luckily Shade is very patient as well
-Is getting sweeter, happier, and more fun by the day
